• Yes - WHI supports patients living anywhere in the EU. 
 • Your consultation is in English (or Portuguese) and your prescription complies with Directive 2012/52/EU. 
 • You can fill it at any pharmacy across the Union (paper or digital ePrescription where available).

Refund / reschedule policy?

• You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
 • Cancellations after that incur a fee as per the posted Refund Policy.
